British newspaper profiles possible first Black congressman in Deep South for 100 years
Tim Scott says, "I was flunking out of high school. I failed geography, civics, Spanish and English. When you fail Spanish and English, you are not bilingual, you are bi-ignorant."
As a side note, I find the British, French and German papers are writing more interesting things about the US, our economy, and our election than our own media outlets.

Gallup comes in today with bad news for Democrats, whose approval rating for Congress dropped from 54% to 36% in just a single month. Perhaps even more alarmingly, support among Independents fell to 16%.
